Project Description
Applying epoxy coating to the floors of the vehicle bays in the Lake Street and Bay Harbor Stations.
Project Justification
Epoxy coating will provide a safer surface for staff and protect the integrity of the floor. The floor currently has minor cracks and chips in the concrete that will only continue to get worse. The coating would address any existing issues prolonging the life of the floor. Additionally with the installation of the vehicle exhaust extraction system, the chemical exposure to the floor is significantly less.
