Project Description
This project is a full reconstruct including sidewalks and ADA ramps. The project includes Bay Street from Division Street to Clinton Street, Rose Street from Division Street to just east of Clinton Street, Williams Street from Bay Street to Rose Street and Clinton Street from East Lake Street to Rose Street.
Project Justification
Street Paser ratings of 1-3 (Poor), deteriorated curb and gutter and sidewalk, aged and undersized sanitary sewer and water mains.
