Project Description
This project includes removal and replacement of deteriorated curb and gutter, sidewalks, the intersection concrete and brick of East Mitchell and Howard Street, street reconstruction along with water and sewer upgrades from the East Mitchell intersection to Michigan Street.
Project Justification
Portions of sidewalk and curb & gutter are in poor condition. Exisiting utilities (water and sewer) are aging and requiring increased maintenance.
