Project Description
The parking lot will be 38 years of age and will be in need of resurfacing. The lot has been used to house marina spoils prior to disposal which accelerated the decline of the top coat. In 2010, the lot was patched to accommodate the marina expansion utilities. Grant and restricted marina funds will be used to finance the lot resurfacing.
